we ship worldwide. because dsync prints are made on demand, here's what to expect:

production time

each poster is printed to order at one of our production facilities in the eu, us, or asia — whichever is closest to your delivery address, so you get your order faster and with a smaller carbon footprint. production typically takes 2–5 business days before your order ships.

delivery time

once shipped, delivery times vary depending on your location and the production facility your order is printed at. as a general guide:

• eu: 2–5 business days
• us & canada: 3–7 business days
• rest of world: 5–14 business days

shipping cost

shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your destination and order size. because we print regionally, shipping is usually faster and cheaper than a single-warehouse store.

multiple items, multiple packages

if your order includes items printed at different facilities, they may arrive in separate packages at slightly different times. you'll still only be charged once for shipping.

customs & import taxes

international orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes depending on your country's regulations. these are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.

tracking

you'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
