standard returns

you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your order for a full refund of the item price. please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable.

to be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition. to start a return, contact us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return.

damaged or misprinted items

if your poster arrives damaged, misprinted, or otherwise not as ordered, we'll make it right at no cost to you — either with a free replacement or a full refund, your choice.

please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include a photo of the issue (damage, print defect, etc.) so we can process this quickly.

refunds

once your return is received and inspected (or your damage claim is approved), refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

non-returnable situations

• orders reported more than 14 days after delivery
• items damaged due to customer misuse after delivery (e.g., improper handling, water damage after arrival)
